After years of DIY-ing my own travel arrangements, I had a particularly complicated trip coming up, and was referred to Carla Christopher of Gold Travel. Carla quickly found me a better plan than I’d managed to find by myself, at a better price; and continued to provide excellent service throughout the trip – including jumping in to help on a Sunday when I found myself stranded by the cancellation of an internal flight in Europe. She was a lifesaver then, and on a subsequent trip involving three countries, one of which introduced visa requirements at the 11th hour. Highly recommended. ~ Heather P
